• Organizational coaching includes coaching of the executive and lower hierarchical level teams, as well as individual executives and managers towards organizational objectives.
• Coaching is being embedded as a core component of daily management practice and steering of the organization.
• It often starts with executives having taken coaching and wanting to extend its benefits through the whole organization.
• Often some form of internal coaching capability is developed as part of this effort.
